- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The WORST Citibank in ALL of NY!!! The manager was rude, very unprofessional and I would never go back! They almost lost their client, my employer if over 30 years and get family, knowing her very well, knowing she opened a business, knowing she had well over the suffice amount of money she wrote me as her new employee, as the woman REFUSED to cash the check!!!!! She kept lying and changing her story, not once making eye contact, and made me, a potential client, and my employer whose home branch this is, feel very uncomfortable and without any reason. Not a smile, not a glance, rude, unhelpful, and I would NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!!!!! Thank goodness for the LONG BEACH BRANCH!!!!!By briana windmuller, December 31, 2016
