- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank is filled with complete degenerate robots. Every time my husband or I walk into this idiot fest to simply cash a check, these people bombard us with questions and try to get us to open an account. They are SO rude, obnoxious and invasive!By Alisha K., September 17, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆It *is* a giant corporate bank, so we moved to a local credit union, but while we banked there for 3 years, we always had a great experience. Tellers recognized us, were friendly w/o too much chit-chat. If they were busy, a manager always came out to help & would take care of basic deposit transactions in line. I never had to wait more than a few minutes. I don't love the overall institution of Bank of America, but this branch was great to work with!By A Google User, March 03, 2017
